Warranty Information

All items purchased from Team Nutz LLC are covered through the manufactures warranty. Team Nutz LLC does not assume responsible for warranty of any products. If you do find yourself in the unfortunate circumstance that a product you have purchased needs to be warrantied, please contact us first so we can help you get the issue resolved. The installation of some aftermarket parts might void your factory warranty, you should always consult your local laws before installing any after-market parts.

Product Installation

All products purchased from Team Nutz LLC are considered for "Off Road Use Only". It is recommended that you consult your local laws before purchasing any products. We are not responsible for the use of any of these parts on your vehicle. Team Nutz LLC is not responsible for any modifications made to a vehicle, or any damage resulting due to the installation of a product. Please refer to your factory warranty information prior to installation. It is recommended that you have a factory certified mechanic install your products. Missing Parts/Missing Instructions If for some reason, you feel like you are missing some parts, please be sure to contact one of our Sales Team Members. One of our sales team experts will be able to assist you. Most of the parts that we sell come from overseas, this sometimes leads to products not having english instructions. Most english instructions can be obtainable through us or the manufacturer, please be sure to contact us if this occurs.

Shipping Problems

Team Nutz LLC is not responsible for any damages that result during transport. We take as many precautions as we can to ensure that your product arrives in one piece, but accidents still happen. All packages are insured for the full dollar amount. If the situation occurs that one of your packages is damaged, please be sure to save all original packaging, and notify us immediately. If you are worried about the contents of a package, make sure you inspect everything before signing for it. If for some reason you have an order that was double shipped, please immediately contact us, so we can issue a call tag to get it resolved.

Billing Problems

Team Nutz LLC only charges products once they are due to ship out. Every card is authorized once the order is placed, but no funds are collected until your order ships out. This makes it very easy for us to avoid billing issues, but in the rare occasion that you feel like there has been an error, please contact us immediately.

Order Cancellations

Orders that are not in stock may be canceled at any time. If an order is in stock and has begun the "Processing" stage, a 10% Credit Card surcharge fee will apply. This is a standard fee that credit card companies charge us to refund a credit card. No exceptions.

Return policy

If for some reason you are not happy with your product, please contact us so we can try to help. If your not happy with your purchase, that's alright, we will take it back. There is a minimal 25% restocking fee that applies to all orders that are returned. All returns must be made within 15 days of Invoice date. All returns must have an approved RMA number, any products that are sent back to us must have a Return Authorization Number, no product will be accepted at the receiving dock without one. We are able to take back items that are new, and still Sealed in Retail Packaging. Due to the nature of Electrical items, we are not able to accept them for return. Shipping charges are not refundable. It is the customers responsibility to return the item(s) back to our facility. We recommend that all packages being sent in for return are insured to the full amount in case of loss or damage on the way back to our facility.

Images

All images used on our site are to be treated as representations of the actual products. We will do our best to keep images updated and accurate. Some of our products have custom options and we cannot generate images to look exactly like the product you are configuring. All vinyl images located on Team Nutz LLC online store are property of our business. If you would like to have these images, please email us and we will work with you.

Professional DJ Equipment

All of our DJ equipment comes with manufacturer warranty's because we are authorized dealers of everything we carry. We do not have an ebay store where we sell DJ equipment because when you do this, it voids your warranty with company's like Pioneer. Most DJ equipment manufacturers prohibit online sales unless you are cleared by them to sell their equipment. Do not be fooled by extremely low pricing on products on other sites. They are more than likely not authorized and are selling well below cost, which is not approved by any manufacturer dealing with online sales, which means you will not have a warranty with your product!
