Team Nutz is teaming up with the Castle Shannon VFD for a cruise built around cars, trucks, creativity, community, and giving back. And the best part?

100% OF THE PROCEEDS BENEFIT THE FIRE DEPARTMENT!!!

That means your entry helps support the local firefighters who protect our neighborhoods, families, and businesses. So yeah , you’re not just bringing your ride out for a good time. You’re helping support some real local heroes. That’s a win/win, buddy!!!

This is a community cruise, so come ready to check out some seriously cool builds, talk shop with other enthusiasts, meet local vendors, and support the fire department while you’re at it.

THERE IS NO ONLINE PRE-REGISTRATION FOR VEHICLE ENTRY.

You do not need to:

• Fill out a random online form
• Send money through a suspicious link
• Pay a stranger on Facebook
• Send a “VIP parking deposit”
• Pay through an unofficial PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, or other account

Vehicle entry payment happens at the gate on Saturday, September 12. That’s it!!!

If you see a post or message asking you to pre-pay online for your cruise entry, DON’T CLICK IT , DON’T SEND MONEY , REPORT IT.

Scammers love popular local events, and we’d rather you spend your money helping the Castle Shannon VFD instead of sending it to some sketchy account hiding behind a fake event page. Boats are not eligible for this particular land-based cruise, but pretty much every kind of road-going custom ride is welcome. You don’t need a million-dollar build. You don’t need a trophy-winning garage queen.

You just need a vehicle you enjoy , and the right attitude. Bring the project. Bring the daily. Bring the weird one your buddies don’t understand. We want to see it!!!

🧼 THREE-DAY VEHICLE PREP CHECKLIST

You’ve got three days. That’s enough time to make a BIG difference without turning your garage into total chaos.

1. Wash It Properly

Start with a careful hand wash. Get the wheels, wheel wells, door jambs, glass, trim, and all the little places that collect road grime.

Don’t just blast the outside and call it done. The details are what people notice.

2. Clean the Wheels and Tires

Your wheels are one of the first things people see. Remove brake dust, clean behind the spokes where possible, and finish the tires with a clean, even dressing.

No greasy sling all over the fenders, please. We’ve all seen it , and yeah, it ain’t pretty.
